"Holiday Stimulus Package" at STAGEStheater

Last night (December 5th) was opening night (sorry, redundant) for STAGEStheater's "Holiday Stimulus Package" program of short (as in 15 minutes each) holiday plays. The scene was great, with many creative minds and it was fun to have a night out filled with much hilarity in the form of fifteen minute plays. The plays were full productions and the entire program ran for about two hours. To see more info go to http://stagesoc.org. For more info on plays in Southern California go to http://socafilmandtheater.blogspot.com!

Where's the meat? I realize this is a fashion blog but how about some detail about some of the plays themselves, especially the one your own MOTHER wrote, sheesh!

the four watches are extraordinarily redundant... clothes were invented to do something for us and i think, even though fashion is about avant-garde statements, that it should be true to that need. i would have gone with only one, relatively nondescript watch. oh and no glasses frames... *shivers*

Glad to have attended the opening night celebration with such a chic guest! You added to the party!

You were certainly the most fashionably dressed in attendance. It is fun to be around crackling creativity.

A black Gap dress and 4 watches never looked so good!

I am surprised that more people don't realize that the fashion-forward and safety-conscious simply MUST have 4 chronographs on their person at all times.

I'd never attend a live theater opening without at least that number on my wrist.

Great to see you and the event.

Light by Andrea Sloan Pink was the "best original play" of the evening.
I was amazed to see how blurry I was, had too much coffee, I guess.
You however were perfectly in focus. I am glad you are having so much creative fun with your outfits. I may have some additions for you too.

i do think there's a movie in your life and comments. at least a tv series. you're a great wit and have an original voicethat can transcend your own generation. I, for one, would certainly love to see your take on the world on the big screen. Write the screenplay before your mother decides she'll do it.
